Before You Call

How long does installation take? +

Most residential garage floors are completed start-to-finish in one day. You can walk on the floor in a few hours and drive on it the following morning.

Do I need a permit for floor coatings? +

No. Garage floor coatings are a surface treatment, not structural work, and do not require a building permit in Michigan. Our M&A Contractor License is a professional credential, not a per-job permit.

How is polyurea different from epoxy? +

Epoxy is rigid, UV-sensitive, and susceptible to hot-tire pickup and moisture issues. Polyurea is flexible, UV-stable, 4x stronger, and cures in hours rather than days. It's specifically well-suited for Michigan's climate extremes.

What happens if my floor has cracks? +

Minor cracks and spalling are filled with a flexible mender product before coating is applied. We assess every floor before quoting and let you know if any condition might affect the outcome.

Can I get a quote without an in-home visit? +

You can get a ballpark range based on garage size and photos, but our written quotes require a brief on-site visit. We offer free in-home estimates with no obligation.

Is your warranty transferable if I sell my home? +

Yes. Our lifetime warranty on residential installations is fully transferable to new homeowners. This adds real value at resale and is a selling point you can highlight in your listing.
