AnnArbor Floor Coatings is an owner-operated business serving the Ann Arbor metro area and a 30-mile radius. When you hire us, the owner shows up, does the work, and stands behind every job with a lifetime warranty.
We're not a franchise. We don't subcontract your job to whoever is available. We use one proven system — polyurea and polyaspartic — because it is simply the best product available for Michigan's climate, and we know it inside and out.
Every job starts with a thorough concrete assessment, proper diamond grinding to CSP-3 profile, and honest communication about what your floor needs. We don't cut corners because our name and our warranty are on every floor we coat.

Licensed, Insured & Accountable
In Michigan, any residential concrete work over $600 requires a licensed contractor. We hold the Michigan Maintenance & Alteration (M&A) Contractor License with the Concrete Trade designation, issued by the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA).
This is not just a formality. Our license means we passed a state exam, met education requirements, and are legally accountable for our work. Hiring an unlicensed contractor puts you at risk — no warranty, no recourse, and potential liability on your property.
